CIMS JURIDICS SLP, was constituted on January 3, 2013, with a mission to provide legal advisory services, accounting and tax to their customers, as well as perform administrative tasks insolvency, according to the law.

The company was originally formed by Joan Corominas Vidal, practicing lawyer with 21 years of practice in the Plaza de Tarragona, Valls and Vendrell. Currently it is formed by five professionals of the law, to provide integral service in all areas and specialties of the Law.
